By using the services offered by INCHUB LLC, a U.S.-registered company serving
international clients, you agree to the following terms:
INCHUB LLC offers business formation, EIN/ITIN filing, U.S. bank account support, tax compliance, trademark registration, and related services — specifically designed for non-U.S. residents & U.S. residents.
While we assist with official procedures (such as bank accounts, Stripe, IRS filings), INCHUB cannot guarantee approval from third-party institutions like banks, the IRS, or Amazon. We ensure documents are properly filed, but decisions rest with the authorities involved.
All updates, delivery of documents, or follow-up actions will be shared via your registered email
address. It is your duty to monitor your inbox and communicate any issues in a timely manner.
INCHUB values fairness and professionalism. Because we offer digital and government- submitted services, our refund policy is outlined clearly below:
• Once we begin preparing or filing your documents, the service is non-refundable.
• This includes LLC formation, EIN, ITIN, BOI reports, Apostille, Trademark filings, and compliance services.
• Time or effort spent on your case is not refundable, even if you later cancel or become ineligible.
• INCHUB provides support and documentation for remote bank account applications.
• If a bank rejects your application, this is not grounds for a refund, as final decisions are out of our control.
• We offer a second submission attempt (free of charge) if requested within 30 calendar days.
If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances (e.g., payment mistake, duplicate order, unprocessed file), the following will apply:
• 🔸 costs. A 5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover payment gateway
(This includes Stripe/PayPal refund fees — which we do not recover.)
• 🔸 Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
• 🔸 If services were partially delivered, only the remaining portion may be refunded — at our sole discretion.
If you fail to respond to our team within 60 days of your order (despite reminders), your case will be automatically closed with no refund issued.
• INCHUB stores your information securely and does not sell or share your personal data with third parties unless legally required.
• We use encrypted systems and limit internal access to sensitive documents.
• You may request deletion of your stored data at any time by contacting:

• INCHUB LLC is a U.S.-based business, governed by U.S. federal and state law.
• By purchasing our services, you agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration under U.S. jurisdiction.
